Liqueur set Vlastislav Hofman

The liqueur set was created by Vlastislav Hofman as a competition design for a competition announced in 1911 by the Museum of Decorative Arts. Apparently, the jury did not appreciate its modern, timeless appearance and did not award it the prize. However, more than a century on, the unusual conical glasses are still the perfect choice for serving liqueurs in style. The glass is made from lead crystal and is hand-blown into an aluminium mould. It is then machine cut and hand sandblasted. The set includes a decanter and six glasses.
