Eva Růžičková Jewellery

Eva Růžičková is a graduate of the K.O.V. studio at UMPRUM in Prague under the direction of Eva Eisler. During her studies she had an internship at Burg Giebichenstein University of Art and Design in Halle, Germany, in the studio of Schmuck Daniel Kruger. In 2016 her work was selected for the prestigious TALENTE show in Munich. She has also exhibited in Milan, New York, Berlin and London. "I am fascinated by craft, technology and the infinite potential of materials. That's why I like to experiment and use materials such as wood, cork, slate, mother-of-pearl and many others. I also emphasize precision craftsmanship and detail. I see jewellery as a personal or intimate statement, something very close to the body, and I would like to embrace these principles that are important to me in my work - emergence, growth, balance, physicality and emotion."
